This cows's milk cheese is packed full of Spring Ramps. Fresh ramps grow wild in Alpine meadows and have a garlicy and herby flavor, making them an ideal addition to this smooth, nutty cheese.  This cheese melts easily and pairs excellently with beers and bacon. I suggest adding this creamy cheese to your fondue or grilled cheeses for a lovely garlicy and oniony treat!
