All our cheeses are sold as 1/2 lb pieces or individual pieces depending on the cheese.

*Certain cheeses cannot be shipped long distances due to perishability, if you are outside of the NJ/NY/PA region, we cannot ship softer cheeses safely unless you select next day air or two day shipping.
