Aged for 5 months, this Basque-style cheese is coated with a layer of herbs de Provence, giving it an irresistible aroma. Shepherd's Logue is made at Valley Shepherd Creamery in Long Valley New Jersey in small batches. Reminiscent of Ossau Iraty and other cheeses from the Pyrenees mountains of France. This cheese is aromatic with hints of tarragon, thyme and other herbs.
