Bergkaeserei (mountain dairy) Oberberg used to be solely devoted to making Emmenthaler cheese. In 2001 the Renggli family took over the dairy and gradually introduced their own range of specialty cheese. Twelve neighboring mountain farming families deliver fresh mountain milk every morning. As these families are all in the Unesco biosphere of Entlebuch, the milk is as flavorful as can be.

The Renggli family makes a range of Raclette cheeses. Natural, Chili Pepper, Smoked and with Porcini Mushrooms.
