In this class we are going to find out what makes mountain or alpine cheeses so special. Is it the altitude? Is it the craftsmanship? Are the dedicated cheese cultures a factor? There is more to Alpine cheeses then just Gruyere and Emmentaler! This class will include a tasting plate and you will attend the class via Zoom virtually!  LOCAL IN STORE PICK UP ONLY NO SHIPPING Pick up date of material will be emailed a few days before class
