Learn how to make this most luscious of cheeses by stretching mozzarella curd to an almost transparent skin and filling it with a creamy mixture. Burrata is the ultimate cheese to have with pasta and fresh tomatoes.

You will go home with two balls of Burrata to enjoy and share. This is a hands on class and you will get to experience the fun of making Burrata! 

**(Due to the use of boiling water we require participants to be at least 13 years old, parent supervison is required)
