Cheese Classes

Consider giving a gift card for a cheese class! 

• Our classes are held outside of store hours due to space restrictions. Private classes may be available for groups of 8 to 12 persons. Please call to inquire about availability.  We also do corporate onsite and virtual tasting classes. Please call to inquire!

• **For Mozzarella and burrata children must be over 13 years old due to the use of boiling hot water. Adult's must be present while child is in the shop. 

• No Alcohol is allowed in the shop in accordance with NJ State laws** 

• We also work with the Princeton Adult school. Check out their website for more classes and dates!
