An introduction to cheese appreciation. We will be talking about the history of cheese, how cheese is made and what makes cheeses different. Most importantly, however, we will be tasting cheeses..... This class includes a selection of cheeses that you will learn about and get to taste.

- ** Please Note There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations. Due to the amount of recent cancellations with little notice we will now be forced to implement a 96 hour Reschedule policy. If you must reschedule for any reason less then 96 hours in advance there will no longer be an option to reschedule your class since we hold these class dates upon your sign up and there is a lot of work involved with scheduling and preparing for these classes.
