Cheese 101 from Curd to Wheel

An introduction to cheese appreciation. We will be talking about the history of cheese, how cheese is made and what makes cheeses different. Most importantly, however, we will be tasting cheeses..... This class includes a selection of cheeses that you will learn about and get to taste. You will be able to have all of your intense cheese questions answered by the instructor.

  Please consider giving a E Gift card for classes instead of booking a class for a gift so the recipient can pick a date that works for them!

You will receive an email reminder a couple of days before the class.

Kids over the age of 8 are welcome in this class. No Alcoholic beverages can be brought into the class. Only non-alcoholic beverage.

** Please Note There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations.  If you must reschedule for any reason less then 96 hours in advance, rescheduling options will be at our discretion.

Classes may be cancelled and rescheduled for fewer than 4 sign-ups per class or during very inclement weather conditions.
