Mozzarella Making class

 A hands-on experience, the Olsson's mozzarella-making class is a must-attend for those that wish to use only the freshest of Mozzarella in their cooking. You will Leave with a fresh ball of Mozzarella! We teach how to properly stretch, heat and mold mozzarella. Get those Jersey tomatoes ready! 

 (Because the class involves the use of very hot water we ask that all attendees be at least 13 years of age or older)

Please consider giving a E Gift card for classes instead of booking a class for a gift so the recipient can pick a date that works for them!  

You will receive an email a couple of days ahead of the class as a reminder.

•  Please Note There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations. If you must reschedule for any reason less than 96 hours in advance, rescheduling options are at our discretion.

 *Classes may be cancelled and rescheduled if fewer than 4 people sign up or weather conditions are very adverse.
