'Nduja (pronounced in-do-yha) from Smoking Goose in Indiana is a soft, spreadable pork salami made with paprika dulce and calabria peppers.

Serving suggestions: Schmear on crusty bread while still hot from toaster; add spoonfuls to warm pan as cooking medium for veg, soups, braises; blend into stuffing for porchetta or whole fish
