Learn how to make this most luscious of cheeses by stretching mozzarella curd to an almost transparent skin and filling it with a creamy mixture. Burrata is the ultimate cheese to have with pasta and fresh tomatoes.

You will go home with two balls of Burrata to enjoy and share. This is a hands on class and you will get to experience the fun of making Burrata! (Made from Curds due to space and time limitations)

**(Due to the use of boiling water we require participants to be at least 13 years old) 

 ***Please consider giving a E Gift card for classes instead of booking a class for a gift so the recipient can pick a date that works for them!

•   ** Please Note there are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations. If you must reschedule for any reason less than 96 hours in advance rescheduling options are at our discretion. Our classes are very popular and once you sign up that date is held specifically for you.

• ** FYI Classes may be cancelled and rescheduled if fewer than 4 people sign up or weather conditions are very adverse. We will contact you in advance of any cancellations.
