Shipping: If we are shipping to outside of the Following States: NJ/PA/DE/NY/ VA/MD or CT, we Require using a 2-day Air service. This does not apply to orders with just shelf-stable items.We will not ship perishables outside of the above states in the summer without 2 day Air shipping, some items are unable to be shipped due to distance. We ship Monday- Wednesdays only!

All of our cheeses are sold as 1/2 lb pieces or individual pieces depending on the cheese.
*Certain cheeses cannot be shipped long distances due to perishability, if you are outside of the Following States: NJ,NY,DE,PA,CT,MA,MD, we cannot ship softer cheeses safely unless you select next day air or two day shipping.
