Fondue for 4

The Cheese Man's selection of two cheeses to make the Olsson's signature fondue. The kit comes with enough cheese to make a pot for 4 adult eaters, a stick of butter and a 1/2 cup of flour to make a roux. The Olsson's Fondue recipe is provided, the wine, the cheese board and the grater are not included in the kit. The wine in the picture is a recommended choice but anything slightly off-dry will do just as well.
