Kris Lloyd stumbled into cheesemaking, but certainly got passionate about it over the 17 years she has been making it. We love her products because they are so out there. Here is another example: feta, but buffalo, flavored, but with an infusion of black truffle. The Persian feta is softer and less tangy and bity than our Bulgarian feta. Pasteurized and suitable for vegetarians.
