A hands-on experience, the Olsson's mozzarella-making class is a must-attend for those that wish to use only the freshest of Mozzarella in their cooking. You will Leave with a fresh ball of Mozzarella! We teach how to properly stretch, heat and mold mozzarella. Get those Jersey tomatoes ready! (Made from Curds, not a scratch class)
***(Because the class involves the use of very hot water we ask that all attendees be at least 13 years of age or older)
You will receive an email a couple of days ahead of the class as a reminder.

- (We also offer classes with the Princeton Adult School. Register directly with them for other available dates)
- Please Note There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations. If you must reschedule for any reason less than 96 hours in advance, rescheduling options are at our discretion.
*Classes may be cancelled and rescheduled if fewer than 4 people sign up or weather conditions are very adverse. We will contact you ahead of time with any cancellations.
