Wonderful white truffle infused oil uses italian olive oil and white truffle extract. The flavor is reminiscent of garlic with earthy notes. Use as a finishing oil to drizzle a few drops onto eggs, pasta, pizza, risotto, potatoes, polenta, meats and fish. Can also be used for marinades and salad dressings. 3.5 fl oz.
