This extra virgin olive oil comes from the foothills of the Atlas Mountains of the Marrakech region. ATLAS extra virgin olive oil has a complex aroma of ripe bananas, red apples and tomatoes.
It combines the balanced fruitiness of Moroccan Picholine variety with a hint of artichoke from the Dahbia autochtonous Moroccan variety, that smoothed by the Arbequina, gives an aromatic complexity typical of oils from our region.
This oil stands in comparison with similar oils coming from allover the world. This gentle and fruity oil has exceptional characteristics that makes it suitable for any dish. It is good in many culinary applications such as salads, meat and fish. It may also interestingly be used for desserts such as cakes and puddings and it is ideal for dipping.
