What goes well with cheese??? Well Charcuterie of course! Join us for a tasting and education of some unusual and tasty charcuterie items as well as some traditional favorites!
This class will go over how charcuterie is made and aged, offer up samples of cured meats and pates and help you with a guideline of how to pair cheese and charcuterie. This class is taught by our manager a American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and IDDBA Certified Salami professional who has a passion for charcuterie and all things meats and cheeses and food. This is a tasting class with an opportunity to purchase items at the end of the class.
There will also be some accompaniments and cheese with the meat... Although our main focus is charcuterie

*Due to our size, we are only able to have up to 8 people in class at a time. Great for a Girls or Boys night out!
