Cherry Grove Havilah

Cherry Grove Farm is located right around the corner from us here at Olsson's. Havilah is the Lawrenceville farm's longest aged cheese, the cheesemakers’ pride and joy. Extended affinage produces a full-flavored, rich mouth feel with savory notes of pineapple, citrus, and caramel. A star on the cheese plate! Raw milk cheese, sold at 15-18 months.
