A Beautiful extra aged, special Section Gruyere from Gourmino Cheese. This beautiful Gruyere is from the same dairy that made the 2022 Worlds' Best Cheese (a Gruyere). It is aged 18 months and has notes or roasted Hazelnuts, cooked cream, savory broth and baked Ham. There are lots of crystals and this cheese makes for a beautiful table cheese.  

The cow's are only fed natural Alpine grasses and never are fed Silage so the cheese is an extra special cheese.
