NJ Is called the Garden State for a reason! We have over 12 cheesemakers right here in NJ and they make a variety of cheeses from Blues, to Bries to fresh, creamy goat and so many more! This class will have a tasting and education of some unique and flavorful NJ produced cheeses. We will explore the NJ cheese/ dairy industry and will better understand the reason buying local and Jersey Fresh is a great idea!
This class is taught by Olsson's Manager and American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and IDDBA Certified Salumier and founding member of the NJ Cheese and Dairy Guilde.

No Alcoholic Beverages are allowed to be brought into the shop as per state law.
If fewer than 4 people sign up for the class it may be cancelled.
Classes are non refundable. Once booked you may change the date/ class before 96 hours. But It is up to the owners discretion.
