Knekkebrod is an age-old Scandinavian crispbread that is traditionally made following a family recipe passed down through generations. Hedvig Bourbon discovered her family's recipe and started to make her own in Brooklyn, NY. Naturally wheat-free, full of fibrous material and whole grains, knekkebrod is a healthy base for anything at breakfast and lunch. We, of course, recommend it as a means of transport for your favorite cheese. For this iteration, Hedvig added some freshness with the lemon and gave it some further depth of flavor with the Rosemary. Recommended with fresh goat's milk cheese.
