Knekkebrod is an age-old Scandinavian crispbread that is traditionally made following a family recipe passed down through generations. Hedvig Bourbon discovered her family's recipe and started to make her own in Brooklyn, NY. Naturally wheat-free, full of fibrous material and whole grains, knekkebrod is a healthy base for anything at breakfast and lunch.
