A hands-on experience, the Olsson's mozzarella-making class is a must-attend for those that wish to use only the freshest of Mozzarella in their cooking. You will Leave with a fresh ball of Mozzarella! We teach how to properly stretch, heat and mold mozzarella. Get those Jersey tomatoes ready!

- ** Please Note There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations. Due to the number of recent cancellations with little or no notice we will now be forced to implement a 96 hour Reschedule policy. We can no longer guarantee that we can reschedule you if you contact us within 96 hours from the class date.
- There will be no classes in July and August for Summer Break.
- You will get a reminder email a few days ahead of time once signed up.
- If there is inclement weather you will get either a email or a call to reschedule.
