Enjoy a night out with cheese! This is a new class offered only for Valentine's Day. Each registration is for 2 participants and is the perfect date night or Galentines' friend night. (sign up below!)
The class will be lead by Olsson's Certified Cheese Professional and Certified Salumier and each group will make a small cheese and charcuterie board to bring home while tasting an assortment of cheeses and meats and enjoying a non- alcoholic Sparkling drink for each participant.
During the class each group of 2 will be guided into making a Valentine's Day cheese board and will learn about and enjoy an assortment of Valentine's Day focused special cheeses, meats and accompaniments.
Each registration is for 2 participants. (Make note during check out if you need no meat or no pork, options or any allergy for your boards)
*We have a 96 Hour reschedule policy, Our classes are non- refundable and at the discussion of the owner you may swap to another available option if within the 96 hour timeframe.
If the weather is inclement or if fewer than 4 people sign up the class will be cancelled and you will be notified promptly.
We have a limit of 5 couples total for each class and more dates might be added as these fill.

Due to NJ Law NO alcoholic beverages are to be brought into our shop. We will provide water for the class
