Vila Vella Lavender Honey

This excellent honey from Catalonia, Spain comes in a brilliant and warm amber color. Its texture is velvety and nonsyrupy. The flavor is delicate but it allows you to taste the delicate nectar of its origins. It pairs greatly with cheese, yogurt and is mild enough to not over power your tea. It is simply delicious by itself as well. It has a bit of cloud on the bottom but this adds elegance and evidence of its unfiltered and pure potency.
